Project Management
HPG work with the appropriate stakeholders to manage small to mid-scall projects from start to finish by achieving goals and objectives within scope, time, and within budgetary constraints. We are creative and nimble at pivoting for unexpected scenarios and delays. We do our diligence to help optimize the equitable impacts of the project and manage expectations of all parties where possible.
Community Engagement
Our diverse cultural roots helps HPG develop fun and creative engagement strategies custom to the audience, hood culture and goals. We are comfortable meeting residents where they are to inform their local planning processes and policy. Through our engagement we aim to uplift resident's lived experience and knowledge as much as possible.
Technical Assistance
We provide technical assistance in building equity frameworks, afterschool curriculum for exploring urban planning, and innovative community engagement strategies.

Our team is available for speaking engagements that will help inform better planning practices across the world.
